Shipping methods
Possible delivery options:
- Free in store: items after payment via the website can be collected at no additional cost at the A.MAR store at Rua Tomás Ribeiro, Nº115E, 1050-228 in Lisbon.
- Please remember that the person collecting the item only needs to present the order form (it can be in digital format, it is not necessary to print it). When choosing the delivery method, you must select the option: collection in store.
- Home delivery: we deliver items via the MRW carrier.
Home delivery costs:
- Delivery cost by carrier to mainland Portugal: €5.00 (up to 2 kg).
- Delivery cost by carrier to Madeira: €7.00 (up to 2 kg).
- Delivery cost by carrier to the Azores: €6.00 (up to 2 kg).
- Delivery cost by carrier to mainland Spain: €6.00 (up to 2 kg).
- Free: for orders over €50.00 in mainland Portugal.
- The estimated delivery time will vary between 1 to 3 business days, depending on the delivery address.
- The indicated deadlines may be longer for the Azores and Madeira (it is estimated that it may be approximately up to 5 working days for the Islands).
Exchanges and returns
- You have 30 days from the shipping date to return the item you purchased on the A.MAR Shop website.
- You can exchange or return items that you have purchased on the website: By going directly to the A.MAR Shop at Rua Tomás Ribeiro, Nº115E, 1050-228 in Lisbon; or from your home: send an email to hello@amarshop.pt
How can I return an item?
- An item must be returned using one of three options: 1) directly to the store; 2) by post; 3) by a partner carrier (refund service).
- Option 3) above, for the return of 1 or more items up to 2kgs via courier, is a refund service that you can request from us via email hello@amarshop.pt. The same carrier MRW that delivered the item to you will collect it from your address and deliver it to the store. The refund service via the carrier costs €5.00.
- If you do not opt for the refund service: Resend the item to the Store at Rua Tomás Ribeiro, Nº115E, 1050-228 in Lisbon.
- The item must be sent with the corresponding receipt.
- The item must be in excellent condition (no evidence of having been used) and with the tags intact.
- Bags: must be returned with all certificates of authenticity, protective cases and leather tags.
- Handle light-colored bags (purses or suitcases) with care if you are unsure whether you want to keep the item. Please note that dark clothing may rub off and leave marks on light-colored bags or suitcases.
- Shoes: Please return the item in its original box. When trying on your shoes, be careful not to damage the soles.
- A.MAR Shop will bear the shipping cost only in cases of defective or incorrect shipping of the item. A.MAR Shop is not responsible in the event of loss of the item.
- A.MAR Shop has a direct refund service (the carrier collects the item at the address indicated by the customer) for collecting items that customers wish to return (non-defective items). This service costs €5.00 and can be requested by telephone to the following contacts: +351 933 100 083 or by email to hello@amarshop.pt
- AmarShop will only cover the cost of returning the item(s) in cases of defect or incorrect shipment. AmarShop will not be held responsible in the event of loss of the item.
- Colors: We do our best to display the colors of the items offered on the A.MAR Shop website as accurately as possible. However, the resolution of computer, tablet and smartphone screens varies from one device to another, so we cannot guarantee 100% that the colors will be displayed in real time.
How can I exchange an item?
- In the physical store: an item can be exchanged at the A.MAR Shop at Rua Tomás Ribeiro, Nº115E, 1050-228 in Lisbon .
- Shipping by post: send the item back to the address indicated above.
- The item must be sent accompanied by the respective order note (it can be in digital format, there is no need to print it) and the items must be in excellent condition and with the labels intact.
- A.MAR Shop will bear the cost of reshipping only in cases of defective or incorrect shipping of the item. A.MAR Shop is not responsible in the event of loss of the item.
- In store: items must be in excellent condition (no evidence of having been used) and with labels intact.
- The customer may exchange the item for another of equal or greater value or will receive a purchase voucher for the same value as the item and will have a period of 90 days (3 months) to use it at the A.MAR Shop store at Rua Tomás Ribeiro, Nº115E, 1050-228 in Lisbon .
What is the return/exchange period for an item?
- The deadline for any return is 1 month after receiving the item at home or collecting it from the store.
How will I receive the refund?
- After the return is approved, you will receive a refund using the same payment method you used to make the purchase.
What do I do if the refund amount is incorrect?
