If you do not provide us with all the necessary information, we will not be able to process your order. By placing an order through this website, you declare that you are over 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts.

YOUR DATA AND YOUR VISITS TO THIS WEBSITE

The information or data provided by the customer will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the National Data Protection Commission ( CNPD ). By using this website, the Customer is consenting to the processing of said data information and declares that all information or data provided to us is true and corresponds to reality.

PRICE AND PAYMENT

The price of each product will be that stipulated at any given time on our website, except in the case of an obvious error. Although we try to ensure that all prices shown on the website are correct, errors may occur. If we detect an error in the price of any of the products that the Customer has ordered, we will inform the Customer as soon as possible and give the Customer the option of reconfirming the order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact the Customer, the order will be cancelled and the amount paid will be refunded in full.

We will not be obliged to supply any product to you at the incorrect lower price (even if we have sent you a Dispatch Confirmation) if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could reasonably have been recognised by you as being an incorrect price. Prices on this website are inclusive of VAT but exclusive of delivery costs, which will be added to the total amount due. Prices may change at any time but (except as set out above) any such changes will not affect orders for which we have already sent you an Order Confirmation. Once you have completed your purchase, all the items you wish to purchase will have been added to your shopping cart and the next steps will be to complete your order and make payment. To do this, you must follow the steps of the purchase process, completing or verifying the information requested at each step.
